Gathered a small group of Russian retail experts together earlier this year to create a generic (i.e. all retail) map of the industry. Decided to play around with ideas about how retailers on this market might combat the entry of Amazon (e.g. no amazon.ru so no great presence yet) and Alibaba (that is making its move now).
