We’re having our third Map Meetup Belgrade and if you’re around, you’re more than welcome!
This meetup we’ll pick one product or service and thoroughly go over the first half of the steps needed to write your first Wardley map for it.
We’ll be defining our first value chains, by defining users, their activities and user journeys. Then we’ll be using that to define the complete customer value chain and understanding the visibility of those components to the customer.
