SSO approach - it would be good to have the same approach as with the tool

I tried switching to the tool and using my ‘community’ credentials and it wasnt very happy.

I am not sure how this will work. The theory is that Auth0 pushes login & password to the discourse at each login. You have account created before SSO was configured, so your ‘community’ credentials may not work (Auth0 does not know them). But it login credentials you used for the tool should work.

Other people are unlikely to experience this issue as their signup will be handled by Auth0.

One more thing - SSO prevents invites.

Is it worth deleting my profile in the mapping tool (I don’t have any maps ). I’ll then reregister.

I’m all for SSO so worth keeping it.
