Illustrative description:
Generate revenue only when you meed the user need.

Detailed description:
Ensure continual focus on user needs. It may be beneficial to structure to generate revenue only when you meed the user need. For example, if the customer wants more sales leads, bill for every new lead created. Don’t bill for marketing time and materials.
